Are you a bill collector?

NO! We are NOT bill collectors and we dislike them as much as you do! We find money that belongs to you, recover it and return it to you. It's YOUR money!

Why should I sign an agreement with you to recover my money?

This is a great question. Most people don't know if they are owed money, where to look for it, or how to recover it. We know where to look, what is required, how to recover your money for you and we have been very successful.

Is there any unclaimed money belonging to you? Do you know if you have any unclaimed money? If you don't know about it, do you know where to find it? If you do know about it, do you know how to recover it?

How much is it going to cost?

It depends on who initiated the contact. Did we contact you, or did you contact us?

  • If WE contact you:
    • You do not have to pay anything out of pocket! We don't want your credit card number, banking information or any money from you! As specified in your state law, we are paid with a percentage of what we recover. If we are unsuccessful in recovering your money, you don't owe us anything!

  • If YOU contact us:
    • A $25 deposit is required up front if you contact us and ask us to search for your unclaimed assets, and/or to assist you in recovering them. Depending on what we find, our fee is then determined as specified in your state law and will be adjusted (reduced) bythe amount of the deposit you already paid us. If we find unclaimed assets belonging to you but were unable to recover them due to circumstances beyond our control, such as they are no longer available because the time limit expired, or they have already been claimed, etc. or if we were unable to find any unclaimed assets belonging to you, the $25 deposit is non-refundable and is payment in full for our time spent researching and/or attempting to recover your assets.

You can send us the $25 deposit via PayPal (Add to Cart button), or mail us a money order, or Certified bank check in the amount of $25 payable to Weicor. Our mailing address is on the contact page. We apologize, but due to problems in the past, we are unable to accept payment on a personal check, unless you are in my local area and it's from a local bank. $25 Deposit

What do you need to recover my unclaimed money?

When you agree to work with us, we will send you a simple agreement for all involved parties to sign. This is our legal agreement with you as required by your state and the entity holding your assets. It spells out what we will each do and our payment percentage as specified in your state law. Once we receive your signed agreement, we will fully disclose the information on the funds we located to include what they are from. We will then send you a limited power of attorney with the proper wording as required by your state for your signature. This also applies if you contact us and ask us to see if you have any unclaimed money and/or to recover it for you. However, without this signed agreement we can't tell you where the money is, or what it is from.

Each entity has different requirements, so the documentation they require will vary. Basically they will require the following:

    • Their application.
    • Agreement between you and I, signed by both of us and any other parties involved such as your spouse, or other persons involved.
    • Limited Power of Attorney authorizing me to do what's necessary to act as your agent to recover your money and send it to you.
    • Photo copy of your picture ID. This positively identifies you to us and the entity as the owner of the assets and prevents fraud!
    • Additional documentation depending on the entity's requirements. Remember, they are all different.

Is this legal?

YES! Every state has laws allowing others to act in your behalf as your agent to recover money for you with the proper documents.

How do I know I won't get ripped off?

This is an excellent question and I understand your concerns. This is my business and what I do for a living! We are in communication throughout the entire process from start to finish and I keep you updated on the status of your claim. You may contact my attorney and have your attorney look over the paperwork. When I recover your funds, I send you your money, keeping our agreed upon percentage as payment. There is no way to "rip you off" as I document every step of the process and it's also documented by the entity which has your assets.

I'm a Notary Public in and for the State of Nevada and I'm NOT going to jeopardize that for any reason! My integrity is much more important to me then any amount of money!
